Giving Mamas a Piece of Mind in Uncertain Times

In these uncertain times, we partnered with the doula and author Bri “Bam” Mobley to reduce the price of For Us: A Self Care Journal for Mamas. The experience of motherhood is different for everyone and has its own set of challenges during the pandemic. To uphold our promise to promote healthy self-care practices, we needed to make our journals more accessible to mothers during this stressful time.

 For Us: A Self Care Journal for Mamas was designed to help moms organize their days and to foster gratitude and self-reflection as part of their daily routine. In addition to the nourishment that we know our journals will bring to your life, Mobley created a list of activities that you can do today to find peace and balance.  

1. Write in relaxation into your to-do list even if it’s for 5 minutes.

2. Use writing prompts for self-reflection and gratitude. We already did the hard work of researching the best questions for you. For Us features a curated list of journaling prompts to guide your focus.

3. Go for a walk even if it’s just around the block. Most state parks are still open during the quarantine. Round the kids up and enjoy some forest bathing.
