About The Archivist
We are excited to take submissions for our first anthology, The Archivist. We envision an anthology that celebrates everyday things. More specifically, we are looking for submissions that relate to everyday things that inspire your creativity; everyday things that bring about enlightenment, reflection, or are otherwise noteworthy. The genesis of ideas, the seeds of inspiration, ideation—this is what our first volume of The Archivist will be about!
We imagine The Archivist to be a book that lives in your craft room or studio, but is just at home on the bookshelf or nightstand. It will at once be an inspirational source for page layouts and collage techniques, as well as a book filled with entertaining writing and creative ways of seeing the world. The Archivist will be a book to inspire you before creating your art, and it will also be a book that you can lose yourself in during times of leisure.
So, what kinds of submissions are we looking for exactly? The short answer is just about anything printable. If it’s visually interesting, and you can send it via email, we would love to see it! We also want to read your writing. The overarching theme of this collection is everyday things, but feel free to be experimental!
